Terms of Service

The basic terms for using Mailbridge during its early, invitation-led release.

Effective 8 August 2026

About these terms

Mailbridge is an Aide product provided by Faniki Stawi Consulting Ltd, a company incorporated in Kenya. These terms apply when you access the Mailbridge website, application or MCP service. By using Mailbridge, you agree to them.

If you use Mailbridge on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your Mailbridge password, access credentials and connected clients secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not transfer an account or credential without our permission.

Connected Gmail accounts

Only connect a Gmail account that you own or are authorised to use with Mailbridge. You authorise Mailbridge to access that account through Google and to perform the actions you request through the product. You can disconnect an account from Mailbridge and revoke access through your Google Account.

Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google’s terms and policies. Google may change or withdraw API access in ways that affect Mailbridge.

Agents and other clients

Mailbridge makes requested email information available to the MCP client, agent or application you connect. You decide which clients to trust and which instructions to give them. Their operation, outputs and handling of information are outside Mailbridge’s control and may be governed by separate terms.

Review important results before relying on them. You remain responsible for actions taken through your account, including changes an authorised client makes to Gmail.

Acceptable use

You must not use Mailbridge to:

  • break the law or violate another person’s rights or privacy;
  • access an account, message or attachment without authorisation;
  • send malware, interfere with the service or bypass security or access controls;
  • probe, scrape or place unreasonable load on Mailbridge except with permission;
  • share credentials publicly or help someone evade an account restriction; or
  • misrepresent Mailbridge, Faniki Stawi Consulting Ltd or your relationship with us.

Early access and availability

Mailbridge is still developing and may be offered by invitation. Features can be incomplete, change or stop working, and access may be limited while the service is tested. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular feature set or that Mailbridge will meet every use case.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of Mailbridge. Where reasonably practical, we will give notice of a change that materially affects existing users.

Ownership

You retain your rights in your email and other information. These terms do not give us ownership of that content. You grant us only the permission needed to process it to provide, secure and support Mailbridge as described in the Privacy Policy.

Mailbridge’s software, branding and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to their respective owners or licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment to improve the product.

Suspension and ending access

You may stop using Mailbridge and disconnect your Gmail accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or another person, investigate misuse, comply with law or respond to a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Mailbridge is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, accurate, reliable or suitable for a particular purpose beyond anything expressly stated in these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Faniki Stawi Consulting Ltd will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from Mailbridge. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Mailbridge changes. We will publish the revised version here and change the effective date. If a material change applies to existing users, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
